🔴 1. Roland Printing (Large Format)
- Ensure files are print-ready and approved
- Set correct profiles, resolution, and alignment
- Monitor print quality and consistency
- Handle vinyl and media correctly
No printing without approved and verified files.
🟡 2. Xerox Printing
- Ensure correct paper selection and setup
- Maintain colour accuracy and alignment
- Monitor output quality for every batch
- Avoid wastage through proper setup
All prints must meet professional quality standards.
🔵 3. Sublimation Printing
- Ensure correct temperature and timing settings
- Use correct materials (paper, blanks, inks)
- Monitor transfer quality and consistency
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage
All sublimation outputs must be clean and defect-free.
🟣 4. Material Usage Control
- Track usage of vinyl, paper, and sublimation materials
- Minimise waste through efficient planning
- Ensure all usage aligns with job requirements
- Report any material discrepancies
All material usage must be controlled and accounted for.
🟢 5. Machine Care & Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning and checks
- Monitor machine performance and errors
- Ensure proper shutdown and startup procedures
- Report faults immediately
Poor maintenance leads to poor output and downtime.
⚫ 6. Supplies & Stock Control
- Monitor ink, paper, vinyl, and consumables
- Report low stock levels in advance
- Ensure supplies are available for production
- Avoid production delays due to shortages
